About Us
The Craving
Our menus are created from the authentic dishes from the Westbank of New Orleans. Each restaurant offer selections that will strike your pallet with spices and custom seasonings designed to keep our customers returning for the ultimate dining experience. The appetizer and entrée options are affordable, tasty and made with the freshest ingredients.
We refuse to compromise on quality, consistency and service within our establishments. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season. We guarantee if you have never visited New Orleans, the first bite of our savory and delectable creations will definitely take you there!
The Venue
Our venues are designed to give an eclectic experience to our customers. It will definitely intrigue you with an imaginary trip to New Orleans, Louisiana just with the vibes, spirits and eats.
Offering live entertainment at some locations during dedicated times of the month and Sunday Gospel Brunch, we know our brand restaurants will be the place to be! We pride ourselves in delivering hospitable and family vibes. Don't be surprised when one of our staff members refer to you as "cousin"... Everyone is family!
The Fabric
The passion for cooking established our brand in 2021. This same passion was heavily influenced from the owners Grandmother, Helen C. Franklin who was very passionate about family and food.
Seeing that food not only brought the family together during the holidays in her household, but also on a daily basis. Preparing food for her household was always enough to feed her kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Every meal was prepared with what she was able to afford and with LOVE. Her legacy will never die!
Operation Transition
We would like to personally thank all of our customers over the years that supported and continues to support the Parish 1807 brand. We wholeheartedly appreciate your business. Over the last year an executive decision was made to transition our operations to a city that welcomes and understands cultural diversity. Our brand represents a city that is a melting pot of many eclectic cultures, so what better city to select than Tulsa, Oklahoma.
We plan on opening our first Tulsa restaurant in the Spring of 2025.
